Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of our new field and facility! After years of effort and hard work the day has finally come for us open the doors to our forever home.
We have an action packed day lined up for you, with all of our senior teams in action as well as a youth team celebration. We’ll have food and drink on hand all day to make sure you stay refreshed.
We hope you’ll join us on this special day, where we bring the Maine and New England rugby community together.

Things to Know
While we will offer bleacher space and picnic tables for guests, seating may be limited at times so feel free to bring your own collapsible chairs. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments and we just ask that you clean up after yourselves using the trash cans provided.
While we love our canine friends we are asking that you leave them at home unless they are service animals. So sorry, no dogs.
To make sure we are properly prepared for you, we ask that you reserve your spot over on our GiveButter campaign page. There’s no fee to reserve a spot but donations are welcome!
Bathrooms
We will have multiple temporary bathrooms on site, with additional facilities to be found at the nearby Cabela’s plaza.
Parking
Based on the estimated attendance our onsite parking will be limited, but we’ve arranged offsite parking for overflow with shuttle buses to bring you back and forth. Expect to check in with the parking attendant when you arrive who will point you in the right direction.
Food & Drink
Post match food and refreshment is arranged for athletes, and we will also be running the grill all day offering burgers and hot dogs. Donations are welcome for those. Supplies are finite however, so later in the day things might be a little limited. Feel free to bring your own supplies, we just ask that you don’t co-mingle with the roped off area for the permitted social.
Other Activities
Feel free to wander the grounds while you’re here, we just ask that you stick to the paths and stay off areas that look like they’re being cultivated (landscaping around the driveway and parking lot, parking lot verges, practice pitch etc.). We have plenty of room so if you want to bring your own yard games, be our guest.
Voluteering
There’s plenty of jobs to do on the day and many hands make light work. If you feel like putting in a shift, sign up for any of the open slots on this signup roster.
