Contribute to your Field of Dreams! It’s time to build it!

In the summer of 2022, we were given real estate in Scarborough for the fields; so we own the land. Since then, we have worked with civil engineers and site planners to survey, evaluate wetlands, determine any restrictions on where fields can be sited, lay out the fields, parking, and entry roads, and evaluate the two houses on the property as well as a garage for either demolition or future use. We've gotten zoning approval from the Scarborough Zoning Board of Appeals. We have submitted our site plan to the Department of Environmental Protection and the Scarborough Planning Board and now have permits in hand. We have also estimated budgets from two major contractors, including pieces of the work that we might be able to do ourselves or have provided in kind.

We now are in a position to actually build our first field. After the existing funds and pledges and potential in-kind donations, we will need to raise $1.7 million to build our first pitch. That is our focused and primary objective.
